Open Kayak Pool Session

We live around some of the best rivers in Washington State and there are a plethora of paddlers in the valley, but not much in the way of a community of paddlers. Having access to an indoor pool is a great way to help grow the paddling community. Pools offer a chance for families to introduce kayaking to younger generations or for paddlers to get their friends into the sport.

With all of that said, these pool sessions are not Wildwater kayak courses. These are set up for people who have the equipment to come and practice or to let their friends or family use their equipment. The YMCA does not have any equipment or people to teach skills to others.
