The PUD manages 960 acres of habitat in the Sage Hills. The area is managed as wildlife habitat and recreational use of the area is a priviledge, not a right. Now vandals who have torn down barricades across trails the PUD wants closed threaten future use of the area.
This trail is flat and relatively short--great for families or getting back into shape. An excellent hike for all seasons with wildflowers and raging rivers in the spring, dipping pools in the summer, and foliage and salmon in the fall.
